Diagnosed at 29 I started this blog to document my journey with Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as motor neurone disease (MND) or Lou Gehrig’s disease.
I don’t know how the disease will manifest itself. Whether I have 1 year or 10years+. But I hope that this blog will be some sort of legacy. Maybe it will help someone else in my situation. I hope it brings more awareness of the condition too.
Until my diagnosis I knew very little about MND. I’m learning as I go!

So sorry about your diagnosis. No-one wants this disease but for one so young it’s exceptionally cruel. Stay positive and find the pleasures of each present minute! A fellow warrior… 💙
